1. Service Provision
All culinary services are subject to availability and seasonal ingredient procurement. MELL'S KITCHEN LTD reserves the right to substitute ingredients of equal or higher quality should market conditions fluctuate. Delivery windows are estimates; while we strive for 100% precision, external factors such as traffic and weather are beyond our liability.
2. Financial Obligations
All corporate accounts are settled on a Net 30-day basis unless otherwise stated. Private event bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure the date and culinary staff. We accept all major UK debit/credit cards and BACS transfers.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for standard orders. Corporate contracts are subject to specific termination clauses outlined in the individual service agreement. Refunds are issued only in the event of documented quality failure or non-delivery.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, MELL'S KITCHEN LTD's liability for any claim shall not exceed the total value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
